Derive an overlay image from ArcGis

get_image_overlay(bbox_arcgis)

Arguments

bbox_arcgis	`list` created with `get_bbox_from_gpx_table(..., arcgis = TRUE)`

An image rendered with png::readPNG which was downloaded from ArcGis mapserver
